My name is Jon, and I live on the West coast of the USA in California.
I just read your exercise regimen. WOW! You are a true inspiration.
I myself have been recovering from some health problems over the years.
Being sick and not able to live life as we had once know is really terrible. I have found myself looking more and more within, and to the many folks like yourself for inspiration to march forward and live a productive life.
The last few years I have taken up the sport of kettlebells. Through that I have gained more strength than I thought was possible at this stage in my life. I have also introduced the sport to a few friends of mine and they are enjoying the benefits from it as well.
